OnBoard believes board meetings should be informed, effective, and uncomplicated. That’s why they give boards and leadership teams an elegant solution that simplifies governance. OnBoard is the leading board management provider with customers in higher education, nonprofit, healthcare systems, government, and corporate enterprise businesses.
THE PROBLEM
With 3,000 organizations, their 12,000 boards, and committees in 32 countries, the team at OnBoard is consumed by security reviews. The OnBoard team began their search to find an efficient and modern solution to provide a top-of-the-line Trust Center experience. With their in-house solution, Adam Harris (GRC Analyst) and Ross Moore (Cyber Security Support Analyst) spent at least 10 minutes for each review request they got just copying and pasting information into the right places. That doesn’t include the time spent leading up to that filling out questionnaires, making sure they had their hands on the correct documents, and knowing who they should be sending them to. While this is an important step in building trust with clients, this time could’ve been better spent ensuring OnBoard was holding itself to the highest trust and security standards.
THE SOLUTION
Adam and Ross searched for a solution to simplify security reviews and ensure customers felt that they were in the right hands at all parts of their journey. From the time they discovered Vanta to the time they launched their Trust Center with customers, only a few weeks had passed.
